Mike Florio reports former Murray State kicker Shane Andrus and former UK punter and Murray, KY native Tim Masthay worked out for the NY Giants.
Andrus most recently kicked for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He was released November
3rd after being signed October 5th. Andrus kicked in three games for Tampa drilling all six PAT's but missing his only field goal attempt. He has yet to make a field goal in a regular season NFL game.
Andrus has played with the Colts, Giants and Buccaneers.

Former Murray High School and UK Punter Tim Masthay should get a solid shot to make a team. With UK he was a 2008 first team All-SEC selection and finished with an average of 45.3 yards per punt (1st in the SEC, 5th Nationally)
