I regularly listen to a Sports Talk Radio show from Cincinnati, OH...The Tennessee Vols football program was a hot topic. Talking Vols football in the heart of UC Bearcat and Buckeye country is not normal....But this story is as far from normal as possible.
New Tennessee Head Coach Lane Kiffin offers a scholarship to Dan Hood (offensive lineman with a troubled past.) It happens all the time at schools across the country...but the circumstances surrounding the player's past are disturbing.
