Just got official word the upcoming Sikeston vs Scott County Central and Saxony Lutheran vs Oran games at the Show-Me-Center WILL be webast on KFVS12.com.I figured once the event was sold out KFVS would get the "ok" to feature the games on our website.
If you don't have a ticket to the games just cozy up to the computer and enjoy them for "free".
Food for thought: Imagine what the Show-Me-Center would be like if the Southeast Missouri State Men's basketball team consistantly won games! The selling-out of the two high school games proves to me area basketball fans are hungry for a winner and would support the Redhawks.
However, I don't understand why the arena is nearly empty when the Redhawk women play. They win games and play good basketball.
If I was a paying fan I would rather watch the women play...then call it a night.
It's not so much that fans in this area are hungry for a winner Fryman. They sold out this game because no one has shut up about it since the season began and because there is so much hype. Find SEMO a rival. Have them play an amazing game with a riot afterward. Wait thirty-eight years before playing again. Then, SEMO will have a sell out.
