Bypassing The Minor Leagues

The Chicago Cubs were part of MLB Histroy today in Cincinnati when they took the first pitch from Reds starter Mike Leake. For only the 21st time in the history of the game a player has skipped the minor leagues and jumped straight to the majors after being drafted.
